Call-Out Fee
- A fixed call-out fee, determined by location, is applied when a booking is made. This covers only attendance, not labour or materials.
- If you cancel after a technician has been assigned, the call-out fee still applies.
- Emergency attendances and Administrative fee are applied as an extra fee additionally (if applicable).
- Any materials provided by the technician will be added to the total cost.
Ontario HST Fee
- All rates are exclusive of HST (added at the applicable rate).
Alberta GST Fee
- All rates are exclusive of GST (added at the applicable rate).
British Columbia GST Fee
- All rates are exclusive of GST (added at the applicable rate ).
Quebec GST & QST Fee
- All rates are exclusive of GST & QST (added at the applicable rate).
Labour Charges
- Labour is charged with a 1-hour minimum, then in 30-minute increments thereafter.
- All rates are provided as a reference for labour only. Additional charges may apply for (if applicable):

Payment Options
- Payments are accepted in cash, e – transfers or credit/debit cards. (Card payments are only available if the technician has a card reader)
